Our 2010-2012 Corporate Social Responsability Strategy
Grupo Tragsa has established within the strategic objectives of its Strategic Plan 2010-2013 the consolidation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the Group's corporate culture.
For this purpose and with the objective of knowing the situation of the Group regarding CSR and devising the lines of action necessary to lead the commitment to sustainable development, a diagnosis on corporate social responsibility has been carried out in 2009, as well as an assessment of its implementation level in the management systems of the company; with the objective of better defining, from the results obtained, the sustainability guidelines for the forthcoming years.
The diagnosis has mainly been directed towards knowing the Grupo Tragsa's position regarding CSR, as well as its implementation and performance level within the company. A significant part of the work lied in checking and validating with some of the stakeholders certain aspects of the Group's CSR in the economical, ethical, structural, social and environmental fields.
As a result of the conclusions reached, Grupo Tragsa has pledged its commitment to the implementation of an efficient CSR management system that generates value in the company, directs it towards its medium and long-term continuance, minimizes its environmental impact, establishes more efficient bonds with the stakeholders and the communities in which it works and reinforces its ethical management and reputation.

In this sense, the following strategic points have been defined for the formulation of the new CSR Master Plan of Grupo Tragsa for the period 2010-2012:
• Develop the strategic planning of the company's position on CSR
• Turn CSR into a company culture
• Design a CSR management comprehensive system
• Develop value projects
• Assess the management carried out
The following multi-annual plans have been established for its achievement:
• Plan Integra-RSC: with the objective of redefining the strategic framework, reinforcing the organization model, preventing inefficiencies, better assessing our impacts through more precise indicators of the observance of our objectives; as well as integrating CSR in the corporate culture of the company.
• Plan Actúa-RSC: directed to the comprehensive management of the dialog with the company's stakeholders.
• Plan Lidera-RSC in the corporate culture of the Group: it aims to enhance the actions carried out by the company in the different fields of CSR, both in the internal and external levels.
• Plan Gobierna-RSC: it aims to share with the organization the responsible management style and support the actions of the company within a solid ethical behavior.
