Master Plan The objective of the CSR Horizon 2020 Master Plan, approved by the Management Committee in the second half of 2016, is to establish a responsible and sustainable business model in the Tragsa Group. A model aligned with the business that brings value to all its stakeholders, based on variables such as transparency, good governance, responsible management of human resources, respect for the environment, and so on. It follows the previous 2013-2015 CSR Master Plan, defining a coherent reference framework in line with the company's General Strategy for the 2016-2020 period, with the National Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy and with the Sustainable Development Goals of United Nations. The Plan has the following strategic objectives: Base the company's actions on solid ethical conduct Promote the integration of CSR as a competitive and exemplary element in the Group's Strategy Move towards a business model capable of creating shared value for all stakeholders (shareholders, public entities for which it works, employees, partners, society in general, etc.), responding satisfactorily to their needs and expectations.
