The objective of this project is to collaborate with the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality (MSSSI) with the aim of minimizing health risks in the use of chemicals.

An evaluation is made of the substances assigned to the competent Spanish authority within the Community rolling action plan, in accordance with Article 45 of the REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council).
We collaborate in conducting technical studies of decisions by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) under the dossier evaluation process set out in Title VI of the Regulation, with the aim of providing a technical opinion on parameters related to human health and information related to exposure.
In addition, we carry out activities relating to the development and implementation of REACH regulation, including support in the evaluation of dossiers prepared in accordance with Annex SV of the Regulation.
Finally, we participate in meetings held by the competent authorities of the member states of the European Union.
Tragsatec has carried out these tasks for MSSSI since 2007.
