The objective is to boost, develop, promote and disseminate ecological and integrated production activities to advance traditional agricultural farms, as well as other entities for processing, packaging and marketing products, so as to maintain and create jobs in rural areas

In this phase, apple trees were planted for cider and mixed production, and chestnut trees were planted for their fruit; whereas in the case of olive trees, part of the work of preparing the soil was carried out.
For the planting of apple trees, liming and cross subsoiling of every yard of the field had to be carried out, organically and minerally fertilizing it before harrowing and ploughing. The planting distances varied depending on whether they were apple trees for cider (6.5 x 3.5m) or for mixed use (6 x 3m). Once the different varieties were planted, mainly Raxao, Regona, Tresali, Verdialona and Rabiosa, a series of canes with wooden posts and wire were installed to guide the pruning process in the future.
The chestnut trees were planted in holes measuring 1 x 3m, which were organically and minerally limed and fertilized prior to placing the tree. Once planted, guards were placed to prevent possible damage by livestock.
For the olive trees, the preparation of the field consisted of liming the soil and the cross subsoiling of each yard in each different section.
