Project: GEOCAMPO Corporate Mobility Solution Activity: Studies, Technical Support and Consultancy Product: Support for rural environment programs Geographic data: España GEOCAMPO provides its users a complete set of services for knowing and mobilizing the data and processes of their business, thanks to a wide range of mobile devices controlled by GPS, which overlap the vectorial information with ortho- and cartographic images. The Geocampo PDA application is a tool for Windows operating systems, or mobile clients in desktop or laptop PCs, netbooks and PC tablets, whose functionality basically consists of managing the teams in the field, delegating tasks to them, and at the same time it provides an analysis and validation of the results that they enter in their reports on tasks performed. This automated processing of information implies an improvement in production given that, through a very small team of technicians, it is possible to manage the tasks of coordination from the customer's office, and schedule the work to be carried out by the staff on the ground, knowing in real time the yields obtained through interconnection by other corporate technological applications. Among other advantages offered by the internal management of productive processes (immediate preparation of reports on tasks and their status, runtime, area covered, staff performance, presence-absence and incidents), Geocampo facilitates the hierarchical organization of permits, equipment and productivity, while achieving greater safety for the workers at the same time.
