Comprehensive Management of Public Property, Land and Sea

​It is the characteristic of Spanish State public property directly individualized by the Constitution itself without leaving it in the hands of the ordinary legislator. Goods such as beaches, dunes, marshes, are terrestrial maritime public domain to ensure public enjoyment of them. With appropriate applications that do not compromise their integrity, there will be derived the coastal Act among others.​​​​
