Project: National Programs for the Monitoring, Control and/or Eradication of Animal Disease Activity: Health and Sanitation Product: Animal health Geographic data: Madrid, España Start date: October 2015 End date: June 2017 Study of the epidemiological situation of animal diseases, under the Health Surveillance Programs published by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment [MAGRAMA], enforceable by the Autonomous Communities. Activities focus on assessing the current situation concerning certain diseases with the aim of analyzing and identifying critical points, and on preparing conclusions and proposals for improvement: -Logging and monitoring of data from active sampling on farms and other data provided by farmers -Processing results of the implementation of Surveillance Plans -Support in preparing final campaign reports, to present the results at the national level. -Review and quality control of stored data -Support of the Administration in monitoring and development of the Zoonotic Surveillance and Antimicrobial Resistance Program. - Consulting and specialized support in monitoring the health evolution of Aujeszky's disease (national reporting on prevalence, vaccination and/or implementation of the Program) - Supporting in the design and adaptation of contingency plans for different monitored diseases (evolution and monitoring reports on outbreaks, location maps, etc.). - Emergency slaughter, providing authorized slaughter and disposal systems - Collaboration with MAGRAMA in evaluating the implementation of Livestock Sanitation Campaigns with the aim of ensuring their development in line with the activities and requirements described in the Programs.
